Matt and Jim Burgio have completed two very extensive projects for me. The first project was installing a high efficiency propane furnace, and the second project was to replace the plumbing in the house which included first and second floor plumbing. I have a very large farmhouse that dates back to 1847. The heating and plumbing systems had been adapted over the years and resulted in a very overcomplicated, convoluted, inefficient, outdated, over-sized, unattractive system that included extremely old deteriorated components as well as newer additions. Both projects were to eliminate the old systems and install completely new systems. Jim provided a complete statement of work, and estimates for the intended work. Matt took the time to evaluate the structure to analyze an optimal solution and layout. Matt is extremely hardworking, organized, clean, and very focused on the outcome of the project. I have been very pleased with the visual and functional results of their efforts. I also believe that as a result of Matt's dedication and focus, both of these projects were completed in less time than most contractors would have been able to complete this effort in. Thank you, Matt & Jim, for the great job that you have done to get my old house back into good working order.

We hired Matt and Jim to do what we believed was a small well repair. As is sometimes the case, the job turned out to be quite an extensive amount of work. Jim and his son replaced our old bathtub, shower, and vanity. He was thorough in explaining the process before it started, and when encountering problems with the dated plumbing that had been in place. Excellent work!

On time.In and out in three hours with multiple jobs to DouThat was 3 hours including quote shopping for supplies, doing the work.
